Daniel Stabile is a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group. The firm’s Financial Services Practice Group has been recognized by Chambers USA as a Band 1 banking and financial practice area since its first publication.
Daniel focuses his practice on representing domestic and international financial services firms and businesses. He concentrates his practice in the disputes arena, and has represented numerous financial institutions (and other entities) in internal and governmental/SRO investigations, as well as related enforcement proceedings, civil litigation, and arbitration.
Daniel also advises clients with respect to regulatory and corporate issues pertinent to individuals and entities of all sizes operating in the distributed ledger and virtual currencies spaces. He has spoken on such issues in various forums, including in a recent presentation sponsored by the Florida International Bankers Association.
Prior to joining Shutts, Daniel practiced in the New York office of an international law firm. During law school, he worked at the United States Department of Justice.
