Paul Arango has been working in the securities business since 1985, He started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for 16 years advising Ultra-High Net-Worth individuals in Florida and Latin America, building a team with $1.4b AUM and $13mm of annual revenues.  In 2001 Paul joined Credit Suisse where he was a Managing Director and the Head of Private Banking LatAm US.

In 2016 Paul transitioned the business he built at Credit Suisse to Morgan Stanley, and joined the firm as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor. He served on the International Wealth Management Executive Committee, the firm-wide LatAm Management Committee and headed strategy, recruiting, service and the interface with investment banking for the firm’s international business  

 Paul received his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1985 where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1980 from Rice University where he graduated summa cum laude and was admitted into Phi Beta Kappa.

 Paul is most proud of his work as Chairman of the Board of Miami Learning Experience, a school for children and adults with special needs that has been serving the South Florida community since 1977.
